Deposits
A 30% deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

Mobile Travel Policy
Dive IV Hydration & Wellness is a mobile service, and travel time and medical supplies are prepared in advance. If a provider has already arrived at the location or is en route when the appointment is canceled, the deposit will be retained.

Medical Eligibility
All services require a health screening and vital sign assessment prior to treatment. If a client is determined not medically eligible for IV therapy, the appointment may be canceled for safety. In this case, the deposit may be applied toward a future service or vitamin injection, when appropriate.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to accommodate the next scheduled client.
